I had a wonderful experience working with kashmeera at DNA.We were thinking about designing an earring for our mother and didnt know how to approach someone to do the same. At the time we came across DNA's page on Instagram where in their bio they had written that they customise something as small as nosepin. Reading that I messaged them on Instagram, from where the conversation moved organically to WhatsApp and then calls. We discussed our requirements in design and budget and they made us aware of the possibilities in both. When we agreed to commence with the procedure there were several doubts and design change requirements throughout the entire process. The DNA team was very patient, cordial and graceful in the way the dealt with all our questions. They were approachable at all point of the design from start to finish. We are so happy with the entire experience. They are so worth it
